Petite mise à jour qui change la donne : on est dans la parfaite suite des soucis d'organisation de la med Cup, avec des teams qui annulent au dernier moment, du coup la forme du tournoi change, et devient ouvert à toutes les équipes. Info importante pour la conception des équipes :
Dans la composition d'une équipe, il est interdit de prendre plus de 2 des 3 factions suivantes : Space Marine, Dark Angels et Space Wolves.
On forcera donc les joueurs à sortir un peu de la facilité dans la composition de l'équipe (en gros on aura 1 liste qui sort des carcans habituels).

Rulespack & Clarifications : same as ETC at date of 8th of May 2016. GW FAQ will be applied. The Death from the skies new rulebook will not be played.
Note that, as per experience (it occured once during an ETC qualifier), it can occur that swiss row does not work with the condition of not playing against the same team twice for few participants with many rows. To avoid this, I created a pre-set pairing system as each team will play against all the others. The order of this will be randomized and announced at the list submission, so that you can prepare your estimates the best way.
Lists submission Date : Friday 20th of May 23:59
Number of games : 4 or 5 games, depending on the vote of the captains.
Meals : just expect to have your stomach full by the end of the weekend. This means breakfast at the venue (croissants, fruits and more than what you can expect), free coffee/tea/soft drinks, midday meals and other "special food services" during the games. On saturday night, we will be eating a buffet inside the venue (optional).
Transports : on this part, I will need as soon as possible information from the teams that will come to the event. At a very first base you will have to take care of the transport to the hotel/venue (the venue will be opened on friday evening, up to 00:00 max). If most of the teams can arrive at the same airport (the nearest one is Orly) more or less at the same time, we can arrange the transport, maybe with some extra costs (obviously minimized as much as possible, but I cannot have the guys of the club make the transport at their own expense).
Price : The registration fee is :
- 25€ for tournament + 2 midday meals
- 30€ for tournament + 2 midday meals + saturday evening meal at the venue.
Referee(s) : to make sure everything goes find, I will be the referee during the tournament (even if we qualify again for the ETC). I will note all the different rules issues during the tournament and transfer them to the rulescouncil to clarify the points.
