This document provides you all the necessary information to prepare your team to enjoy MED CUP II.
Date
Saturday 16th of April 2016 and Sunday 17th of April 2016
Location
The event will take place in the Sports & Culture center, in the small town of SIMIANE COLLONGUE (13109) located Route de Gardanne, in France. It is located ~20km away from Marseille.

This event is opened to 10 (ten) teams composed of 8 players each.
The format will be exactly ETC 2016 format.

Go to Marseille’s « Saint Charles » Train station, then take Regional Railway (TER) towards Simiane-collongue
Go to Aix en Provence Train station, then take a Taxi.

By plane
http://www.marseille.aeroport.fr/Should you be many of you joining us by plane, we’ll try to arrange a bus location to make a joined trip back at the end of the last day.
For arrivals from airports and train stations, people living on site might ensure a couple of travels at their best effort based on your arrivals, but it’s likely this won’t be sufficient for everyone. Therefore you’ll have to make sure that you will be able to rally the venue by your own means.
Note that we have a hotel with negotiated prices, which is quite close from the city. We will arrange a bus between this hotel and the venue. If you choose to accommodate elsewhere please prepare your transportation means.
Where to sleep ?
There are several hotels in the area, Tripadvisor and Booking will help you.
As mentioned, we have negotiated pricing with a single hotel if you wish to use it:

At this hotel breakfast costs 10€ but we will propose something cheaper at the venue.
Schedule
Schedule will be subject to adaptations to take into account arrivals & departures of participants.
Game#1 on Saturday morning from 9AM to 1PM
Lunch from 1PM to 2 PM
Game#2 on Saturday afternoon from 2PM to 6PM
Optionnal: buffet dinner
Game#3 on Sunday morning from 9AM to 1PM
Lunch from 1PM to 2 PM
Game#4 on Sunday afternoon from 2PM to 6PM
Cost to register
Registration will cost XXX € per participant.
It covers food and trophies that will be awarded to the first three teams.
Food
Registration covers tournament entry, breakfasts and lunches for Saturday and Sunday.
Lunchs will be made of sandwiches (ham or chicken), chips, 1 drink, 1 fruit, 1 yoghourt or compote.
Breakfasts will be made of coffee, croissants, fruit juice.
Saturday’s evening optional buffet dinner will be made of pizza and a bunch of other snacks, as well as drinks without alcohol.
There will be counter opened all over the week-end selling food and drinks.
A single file will be sent for the whole team to record your orders and options.
