Donc voici le vote sur le format ETC saison 2016-2017.
Cette fois, ce n'est pas un draft et tout le monde peut y aller.
Les rappels d'usage:
Un monoligne pour simplifier le dépouillement, par exemple "1)a 2)b 3)c 4)a 5)b".
Si chacun respecte exactement ce format avec les parenthèses et espaces tout pareil alors je peux faire un dépouillement automatique qui m'économise un temps fou.

1. Number of detachments per player and team

We have two options here, either pick a certain amount per player that can be picked or allow for example a maximum of 18 or say 20 detachments on the team (23 was the average this year). This again will make teams compromise in some parts and it will benefit the pairing process a little more as it will see teams make different choices and make everything be less cookie-cutter perhaps.

5. Limit on special type of detachments
Some suggestions have been made regarding. Since the special Decurion type detachments override the normal restrictions of designing an army and not every codex has them, it has been suggested to have these special type of detachments like the sons of medusa, the warhost or decurion types, count as 2 detachments instead of one as they offer a great toolbox and bypass the normal army building process. This would even the odds a little perhaps?

6. Limit on detachments and named formations
Suggestions have been made to limit the ability to spam certain no-brainer formations in order to force teams to make other choices and make things more interesting overall perhaps. This restriction will for instance stop teams taking two librarian conclaves from different factions or the helldrake air superiority detachment from different factions, or several gladiuses on the team as another example.

Not that for Qs 9 & 11, the "main weapon loadout" is considered to be the combination of "arm weapons" for Imperial/Renegade Knights (i.e. not heavy stubbers etc), the "arm weapons" for the Wraithknight (i.e. not scatter lasers etc), the Pulse Driver Cannon or Pulse Blastcannon for the stormsurge, etc etc. For those SHVs and GMC that cannot change their main weapon loadout, this therefore still restricts them to 0-1.

aperçu des résultats avant mise à jour du rulepack:
- un détachement multiple, de type décurion, compte pour 2.
- les autres restrictions sur l'usage des détachements restent inchangés par rapport à la saison passée, y compris le fait qu'un joueur n'a droit qu'à 4 détachements. Ceci inclus:
* le droit de pouvoir doubler un détachement dans la liste d'armée (CAD Tau + CAD Eldar ok)
* le droit de pouvoir jouer plusieurs fois le même élément au sein d'un détachement multiple (Gladius contenant 2 battle 1/2 Cie reste ok)
- les superlourds sont jouables sans restriction quelconque de nombre ou d'armement
- les créatures colossales sont jouables sans restriction de nombre mais leur armement principal doit être différent si on prend plusieurs fois la même
- on reste en 1850pts et tous les niveaux d'alliance sont acceptés, y compris apocalypse.
- les livres d'armée Iyanden et Angel of Death sont autorisés
- le système de scénarios 1.1 est validé dans le principe, les deux points principaux sont le fait que les points restent décompartimentés (il avait question un temps les segmenter) et une table rase inflige toujours 20-0 automatique.
- lors de l'ETC le vrai, les équipes pourront se lancer des défis
- l'utilisation d'un deck complet de maelstrom, ainsi que l'utilisation des objectifs spécifiques par faction, sont rejetés
